These Terms of Service govern the locksmith services provided by Superstar Locksmith MD (“Superstar Locksmith”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and your use of this website. By requesting service or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Services

Superstar Locksmith provides mobile locksmith services for residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency needs. Services include lockouts, rekeys, lock replacement, key duplication, key programming, ignition repair, access control installation, safe opening, and related work. The specific scope of every job is agreed with you on site before the work begins.

Authorization And Identification

By requesting service, you confirm that you are the owner, occupant, operator, or otherwise authorized party for the vehicle, home, business, or container being serviced. Our technicians may request government issued identification and proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services, including vehicle entry and lock changes. We reserve the right to decline service if authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

Pricing, Estimates, And Payment

A dispatch charge applies when a technician is sent to your location. On arrival, the technician will assess the work and provide a clear explanation of what is required and the total cost before proceeding. Payment is collected on site after the job is complete to your satisfaction. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Cash App. Returned payments are subject to applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service at any time. If a technician has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and travel. Please call (240) 249-8080 as early as possible if your plans change.

Warranty

Superstar Locksmith backs its workmanship with a 30 day service guarantee. If an issue with the work we performed appears within 30 days, we will return and resolve it at no additional charge. This warranty covers the specific work and parts we installed, and does not cover preexisting conditions, customer caused damage, tampering, or hardware supplied by third parties.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superstar Locksmith’s liability for any claim arising from or relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of property, loss of profits, or loss of data.
